Children Aged 2-12 Years

Most hotels we feature offer a special price for a child (2-12yrs) sharing a room with 2 full fare paying passengers. This means either:

• ‘Free accommodation’, in which case the applicable ‘1st child price’ is shown on the price panel. or
• A ‘child discount’, which is shown on the price panel as a percentagediscount off the basic holiday cost. At some hotels, the above savings may be extended to up to 2 or even 3 children sharing a room with 2 full fare paying passengers. Similarly, you may find that 2 children sharing a separate room when travelling with 2 full fare paying passengers will also be entitled to a discount. See each price panel for details.

Infants Aged 0-2

Infants must be over 6 weeks old to travel by air.
- On charter flights, the airfare for infants aged under 2 years old on the date of return is £29.
- On scheduled flights, the charge will be confirmed to you at the time of booking.
On all flights, infants must sit on an adult’s lap, unless a seat is vacant. Britishregistered airlines will now allow infants to travel in approved child car seats (must beforward facing, five-point harness & conform to British Safety Standards) and in thisinstance, the price charged would normally equate to the applicable ‘seat-only’ price.Most hotels provide baby cots free of charge. When a charge applies, it must be paiddirectly to the hotel in resort. Baby food you may require at your accommodation mustalso be paid directly to the hotel in resort.

50 Percent Meal Discount

When adults elect to pay the Half Board or Full Board supplement, children (2-12yrs) are often charged only 50% of the supplement.

Single Parent Discount Many hotels also give ‘free accommodation’ to a child travelling with only one adult.In such an instance, the ‘1st child price’ shown on the price panel applies to thechild (2-12yrs) and the adult is charged the relevant single room supplement.

3rd & 4th Person Discount

Some rooms can accommodate 1 or 2 extra beds (camp beds or sofa beds). Tooffset the inconvenience of the reduction of space in the room, a discount appliesto the extra person(s) sharing the room.

Group Discount

A group of friends to join you on holiday can be great fun and very cost effective and we’ll offer you (the organiser), 50% discount off your own basic holiday cost. Tobenefit from this discount, ‘groups’ must include a minimum of 15 full fare payingpassengers.For larger parties, call us on 0871 871 2234 to discuss special group rates.

Over 65 Discount

If you are over 65 years old, let us know at the time of booking as you may be entitledto a discount.

No Single Supplement & Sea View Supplement

No Single Supplement
If you are travelling on your own, you may not be charged the usual single room supplement depending on when you travel.

No Sea View Supplement At some hotels, you could enjoy a sea view at no supplement, available on specificdepartures.

Early Booking Offer

Booking early is the best way to secure the holiday you want. By doing so, youcould enjoy excellent savings offered at many hotels.

Complimentary Car Hire Upgrade

If your or one of your party’s birthday or anniversary falls during your holiday, let us know at the time of booking. Many hotels will prepare a cake and/or offer a bottle of wine tomark the occasion.

Weddings & Honeymoons

If we have arranged for your wedding to take place during your holiday in Cyprus or in Greece, many hotels will want to contribute to the special occasion and offer you,the happy couple, complimentary fruit & flowers in room on arrival and perhapseven organise a romantic candlelit dinner during your stay if your wedding and/orreception (for minimum 10 guests) is held at the hotel you’re staying at.If you get married in Cyprus, some hotels even offer the ‘bride to be’ complimentaryaccommodation whilst the groom pays the single room supplement. Others maygive a discount to both the bride and the groom. Important Information

• Child prices and discounts usually apply to children aged between 2 & 12 years old on the date of their return flight. If different, the child age is clearly shown on the price panel. Should we discover that a discount has been granted based on false disclosure of the age of the child, the applicable price difference will be collected in resort. On all scheduled flights, a child who has reached his/her 12th birthday is considered to be an adult and will be charged the adult's flight supplement.
• When savings and special offers apply to specific date periods, they will be valid for holidays ‘departing and returning’ between the dates indicated on the price panel, unless we clearly specify that they apply to ‘departure dates’.
• All discounts apply to the basic holiday cost only. Any supplements shown on the price panels must be paid in full.
• Special offers are valid only when booked and confirmed by us at the time of booking.
• Only one special offer can be given per booking.
